Our YeastFarm – the Hefebank with quality – is delivering always fresh top fermenting and bottom fermenting brewer’s yeast within short time. After determination of the living cell population, all yeasts are analyzed by PCR for microbiological purity. Our yeasts show >95% of active cells and their cell concentration is adjusted. Brewing strains 68 (top fermenting) and 34 (bottom fermenting) are continuously available fresh and can be delivered within 2-3 days. All PIKA's yeasts are delivered with a certificate of quality.
Do you use your own yeast strains? Of course we take your strain into storage and deliver your yeast freshly cultivated to you any time you need it. Besides we have the possibility to establish a "DNA profile" from your top fermenting yeast which may allow you to proof "your" yeast any time.
