PCR KITS
As first supplier we do offer since more than 10 years shelf life stable and safe in use PCR analytics – ready-to-use for the microbiology lab. Our PCR kits are developed for use in the quality control laboratory of a production plant – the analyses are easy to perform, robust and reliable. You don’t have to be a specialist to use our special analytics.
The detection spectra of the different kits are optimized for the respective field of examination.
- With screening kits you cover the range of problematic microorganisms for a crrtain product
- With identification kits you differ the product spoilers according to their species
The kits are containing everything you need for a PCR analysis, buffer for Sample processing as well as PCR mix in a ready-to-use format. Ready-to-use format means that the PCR components are delivered aliquoted and dried, so pipetting of master mixes with primers and probes is omitted.
The ready-to-use format provides extreme advantages over the common liquid reagents which are still widely used by other manufacturers:
- Laborious pipetting of tiny volumes like primers, probes, polymerase is not necessary
- Rate of mistakes is minimized as always all components are included in a reaction tube
- Products may be shipped without cooling and are stable at room temperature for months
