PIKA FastOrange B is a medium concentrate excellently suitable equally for the enrichment of beer and fermenter samples. The liquid sample is mixed with PIKA FastOrange B Bouillon and incubated for 2-7 days. Growth of beer spoilers is signalized within a few days by a deep yellow colourisation of the formerly violet medium – positive samples are thus detected easily.
