DNA ISOLATION
Our kits for DNA isolation to detect microorganisms are really easy to use and extremely robust, besides most of them work without the use of organic solvents – they are optimized for the analysis of a variety of sample materials to be used in non-specialized laboratories, no hazardous waste is produced.
Our kits for the isolation of DNA from liquid samples, plant material and seeds are in routine use for years: They are used for the microbiological analysis of enrichment media, water, beer, wine or non-alcoholic beverages, and also for the control of plant material as seed, cereals, and malt.
As always the total DNA is isolated from a sample, both contaminations by microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts and moulds) as well as external DNA (purity control or GMO analysis) can be examined.
